Shipping policy

We use Canada Post/USPS for shipping. As much as possible, we try to send via regular post to keep shipping costs at a minimum. Tracking numbers for any letter mail item can be added at an additional cost. Items that are sent as small parcel or larger will automatically have tracking numbers.

Currently, processing time from time of order to time of dispatch is 1-3 business days. Below are estimated delivery times, however those times can change at any time and are beyond our control. Please make sure to order your items well in advance in case of any unexpected delays. Holiday delivery times are significantly higher and require advance ordering time.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 2-10 business days

United States: 5-21 business days

International: 10-28 business days

At Quen T'essentielle Aromatherapy, we do our best to meet these dispatch estimates, but sometimes unexpected delays may happen.  In such cases, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible and keep you informed of actual dispatch times. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
