Refund policy
We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations, provided the items are not opened and have not been used.
Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 21 days of delivery
Please email us at: info@quentessentiellearomatherapy.com and provide your name and order number. Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the request.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
- Personal hygiene items that are opened and/or used
- Items that have been opened
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If item(s) arrive damaged, a photo of the damaged item(s) must accompany request.
If all above conditions are met, the customer has the choice of receiving a full refund (minus any loss in value, if any), exchange for same or similarly priced item (any difference in price, if any, to be paid by customer) or store credit, to be used within 6 months of receiving credit.
